Room for alot of improvement

Your location is a fantastic location close to the busiest tourist destination and a retail haven.

Although your hotel is in a desirable location, it is outdated and poorly maintained. You are really dirty and lack manpower. Given that you are drawing weekend visitors from Singapore, you could think about stocking up on supplies. Additionally, your function hall is unkempt and poorly maintained. The management of Pariss Hotel ought to think about expanding your space now that you've been in the industry long enough.

The hotel location is nearby to our event place.

Room is spacious. The washroom is also big with good water pressure.

However, the linen looks worn out and is no more white in color (a little yellowish and maybe needs new replacement). The room price is quite high with no breakfast included. Hard to find a halal restaurant nearby the hotel.

The staff refuse to issue a receipt even though I made the payment at the counter. She told me to get it from booking.com. How could I get the receipt from booking.com if I already made the payment at the counter? Please improve this. This is important for a working traveler like me.

The hotel was below expectation.

Nothing.

Hotel was old. When check into room, the floor was still wet from the mopping. There is strong smell of cigarette smoke in room. I think the hotel is overpriced. Breakfast start late 7am. Could not take the breakfast in time for the morning flight.

First choose becoz of the location is surround wth shopping...

First choose becoz of the location is surround wth shopping mall,food store or spa ...overall is good ..but hv to comment about the blanket and bed sheet is too old ..hv a bit stain on the bedsheet ,,staff very good and help in check in and ccheck out smooth ..the coffee bar breakfast was good ..the waitresses there is nice and friendly ..food provide is enough and we enjoy spend time here !

Comfortable place to stay and highly recommend hotel in skudai.

Servis was good, all of the staff was very nice and helping. Parking lot available for guest, no worries. Breakfast was good, air conditioniing functioning nice, i got the room just like what i odered via booking.com. There is a lobby to hang out while waiting for room services. There is a pool on top of the building, nice view, good pricing, and mall Giant just beside, you can walk to go there buy things.

Althought, everthing was nice and good, but place was quite far from johor town.

The pillow is comfy... the nasi lemak (breakfast) is nice...

The room have slight smell... maybe can put an air freshener... once came out from the lift/room, have smoke smell... the toilet’s flooring is slippery...

Good and wonderful Just must be more clean

I like the way hotel concept design , and also price is comfortable. The room is big more than I expected.

The room flooring is no clean at all , it make our foot become black . And the bed accessories got smell .

- Parking always full. - Room got the smoke smell and the sound from air cond is so loud, after that the hotel allowed me to change room. I think the smell from the carpet. - Breakfast area is so hot. The place to get the foods are messy.

Okay budget hotel

It's location was excellent being near Giant, Tesco and Aeon as well as many restaurants. It was also good value perhaps due to the value deal. My room was of a good size and facing the front. The doorman was really good; ready to open the door for me and help carry my luggage.

The room I was in was a little rundown and needs some maintenance. The bathroom door was rotted a near bottom jamb and creaked very loudly, some of the light switches didn't work and the room corridor down light was blinking on and off. Since I was there only for a short two-night stay and wasn't in the room much, I wasn't really bothered but it would be nice if they tried to give the place a little bit of an uplift.

Breakfast can be more improve and the place should have more apace. More variety on breakfast.

The room was big and clean. Staffs was friendly and fast.

Well the carpark needs to be more available lots for hotel stay in guests. I had a very difficulty to park my car as there were a lot of visitor parking at the guests staying in lot. If functions are held visitor had to park else where not to disturb the staying in guests places. my leg was injuried and inhad to walk from a far place to park and waited 10mins for a visitor to leave. Management had to look into this seriously... Importants go to hotel stay in guests first.
